RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery
If and/or when returned, the item must be in perfect and unused condition (unworn, unwashed) in its original package and with all labels attached. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Linumø must approve all returns. Before shipping back your return, send an email to hej@linumoe.dk for return instructions. Please include your order number and item you are returning. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped via insured carrier. Linumø is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale items, gift cards and custom orders.

DAMAGES
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
